Darrell has been
in the income tax preparation industry since 1992, over 23 years! He started
out working with one of the major national income tax preparation chains
eventually becoming an instructor with them. Since that time he has taught for
another national chain and worked with other local tax preparation and CPA
firms. In 1999, he passed the Enrollment Examination (a grueling 2-day test
administered by the IRS) and earned recognition as an Enrolled Agent. This exam
and consequent E.A. status represents proficiency in the field and grants
certain representation rights that otherwise are afforded only CPA's, Attorneys
and Enrolled Actuaries. In 2005, Darrell, along with two other associates
organized Alliance Tax and Accounting Services LLC located in Cottleville,
Missouri and has been growing every year! The field of taxation covers a
considerable amount of information, laws and regulations. Darrell, along with
the other associates of Alliance Tax must keep up on ever changing tax law
requiring substantial yearly continuing education. Darrell's Motto: Integrity,
Accuracy & Honesty. These are absolute minimum requirements to be
successful in tax preparation industry.
||Robert (Bob) Woodsmall E.A.
Bob is an Enrolled
Agent as well as one of the founding managing members of Alliance Tax and
Accounting Services LLC. Bob has over 40 plus years of experience in helping
clients meet their personal and business needs in the business environment of
which the past 20 years have been focused on tax planning, consulting and
preparation. Bob provides businesses and individuals with accounting, tax
preparation and, advisory services.
As an enrolled agent, Bob is
licensed by the IRS. He is subject to a suitability check, had to pass a
three-part Special Enrollment Examination, which is a comprehensive exam that
required Bob to demonstrate proficiency in federal tax planning, individual and
business tax return preparation, and representation. Bob must complete 72 hours
of continuing education every 3 years including continuing education in ethics.
Bob believes in proactive tax planning. Throughout the year he keeps
business and individual clients informed about tax law changes, opportunities
and potential tax liabilities. He assists clients with corporate and individual
income tax compliance and advises on sales and payroll tax strategies. An
important part of running any successful business is the understanding of how
to handle challenging situations. To assist his clients, Bob provides ongoing
consulting services including profitability planning and tax strategies. Bob is
a six year member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and a
participant in the IRS Annual Filing Season Program.

has been a tax preparer for Alliance Tax and Accounting Services LLC since
2008. In 1991, he received his Master's Degree in Business Administration with
emphasis in Finance and also received his PhD in Finance at Webster University
in 1998. He worked 7 years as Senior Accountant for Arthur Young & Company
and was Dean for the School of Business at Harris-Stowe State College for 3
years. Presently, John is the Chief Financial Officer for TPSC.
||Connie Hackmann, AFSP
Connie brings to our office her industry knowledge in the cosmetology area. She combines her tax knowledge with salon ownership giving the client in-depth expertise needed to maximize benefits. In January 2016, Connie joined the firm full time after retiring from a 30 year cosmetology career. She is a participant in the IRS Annual Filing Season Program. Each year she must obtain a record of completion by completing 18 hours of continuing education from an IRS approved continuing education provider. Connie looks forward to meeting with you and assisting all your tax needs.
||Debi Rine, AFSP
Debi has been a tax preparer for over 20 years and working with retirees for 47 years. She previously worked for a federal agency administering retirement and disability benefits for railroad workers and their families. She left this employment to pursue a career in disability and insurance consulting. She worked for several law firms assisting and advising clients as to their medical, disability and life insurance needs as well as the tax consequences with respect to their annuities. She also assisted them with the disability annuity filing process with both railroads Retirement & Social Security, including handling appeals with both agencies. In addition to working with the disabled and injured, she began preparing tax returns for retired railroad workers as the taxation of their retirement benefits is very unique both with the federal and state returns.
